We design:

  1. Conceptual plan (2D)
  2. Planting specifications
  3. Detailed construction drawings
  4. 3D renderings (where required)

We propose:

  1. Initial design review at Hutten & Co. facility
  2. Proposal with optional budgetary ranges on conceptual plan
  3. 20% Holding deposit on construction schedule while details are finalized
  4. Detailed proposal on final landscape design and budgetary selections
  5. Payment - progress invoicing every two weeks during construction
  6. Optional ongoing maintenance proposal

  3. One or multi year service contracts for re-installation, removal and service work as required.
  4. Payment – 50% upon order – remainder upon completed assembly of order
  5. Timing expectations for installations and assembly of custom orders.
